Nice mule pics. I'm not liking the body art (antenna, XM shark fin and the rear brake light) on the trunk and the fenders. Looks kinda cluttered, but what are gonna do? Gotta go somewhere...

Many times when they take the original coupe and try to make a convertible, they have to add extra support through and under the car because of twisting in the body when a convertible is born !!! This can change some of the handling characteristics, etc....as well as added weight makes performance worse....just my $.02

Could be like that, could not. Could be a mixture. Engineering mules are just that, mules of cobbled together parts. Hence the V6 car with an SS front clip, etc. We'll see.

Otherwise, it'll be a great car. Just hold your horses on nitpicking weird parts on a mule

Why cant the integrate the third brake light and the On star antenna stuff into the rear spoiler. I dont see the complication with this.

Looks like the convert will finally be a pillar less coupe.

I don't like the CHMSL placement and wish it was incorporated into the spoiler but I guess since not all Camaro converts will have the spoiler they had to place it where they did. Looks too much like and add on.
