Viper 5904?

I'm in the market for a Viper Alarm. I had the Viper 5901 on my previous car and loved it. Saw the Viper 5904 selling new for around $250. Anyone install this in their Camaro? Not much information on this model and want to see if anyone has any information on it. Greatly appreciate some feedback, thanks guys.

5904 is just the newer model of the 5902. They have a full detailed listing of the 5902 on their website.

Reason why I ask is because I found it around $250 new online. Seem to be a bit too low if it is an upgraded model from the 5902.

MSRP is the suggested installed price at a shop. The only way Viper/Python/Clifford/Avital are intended to be sold are installed by a professional, not for DIY. That's why the price for just the unit is so cheap.

Yeah I understand that, I am a Viper dealer. I'm just saying $250 was a cheap price for the unit. Trying to make Skanlez feel good about his purchase. Also, as a side note, DEI products not installed by an authorized dealer have no warranty.
