How do you resize photos? Every time I post a picture it is a full page photo and comes out looking like shi* Example...

Get a photobucket account and there is an option to chose to resize the picture. I even believe you can chose how big or small.

For the short time I had vista, I do believe there is a picture editor on there. Not sure.

yep, vista has Paint, which has a resize feature.
