wow I rarely login to post, but after reading this thread. What planet does the OP live in where he bashes someone Camaro but when his is brought into play he gets defensive. LOL some people like different things but its ok for him to say what doesn't belong on a camaro but when others say it about his they shouldn't say anything because it's his car and not theirs. Hmm, I wouldn't call them arguments, or fights. If I was starting a fight with you, you'd know it, as it would be in person. I'm not into internet fights or whatever today's society calls it. Truth be told I've never been a fan of hiding behind a keyboard. The term argument is such a strong word for such non-important discussions. But I am however confident in my own skin and pretty familiar with myself, lol. People can choose to agree or disagree in threads there is really no way around either choice. If you don't understand where I'm coming from then I don't know what to tell you. It's not really that far fetched.

OP stated his beliefs, I stated mine. Simple. You are taking what I've said previously out of context. Moving on...

I know how easy it is to get into a heated discussion over opposing opinions. Best thing to do when you see it's turned into one is to agree to disagree and not try to insult the other person even by making back door comments that can be interpreted as an insult.
The best way I have found to defuse the situation is try to see it from the other persons perspective and find some common ground you both can agree on.
I have actually ended up making friends with some I have had these type discussions with. So come on guys
