I have a Huron Speed single turbo (7475) after having it installed and put on the dyno it would only build about 4psi while trouble shooting we added a manual boost controller and it would still only make about 4psi. I purchased a 10lb spring and same results, My installer has checked and rechecked for leaks the BOV is running the stiffest spring that it came with... Any suggestions from the turbo gurus in here

Almost for sure the wastegate or a boost leak.
Is the stock crack case hose just blowing all the pressure from the manifold into the valve cover?

It has the wastegate and BOV from Huron I believe its all turboSmart Stuff except we put a 10LB spring in the wastegate

My tuner said no because the catch can (mighty Mouse)

Do you have a check valve installed on your catch can?

This Im not sure about It was spec'd by Mighty Mouse for my turbo kit and HP Goals... a gen4 pcv can system...
Yes as per Mighty mouse the can is boost checked

Im not sure what this is but from discussion with huron speed and my tuner this has been checked and in place the fire ring has been suggested several times

I guess step 1 is how are you reading 4psi? Are you sure that is accurate?

Im using AEM 30-4406-30-35 psi boost gauge
