Okay, now I am getting really depressed. I have no idea what is going on. Got my 4B00 on 9/15 and no further activity. GM Connect shows no further updates with a date in the box of 9/23/11, which was yesterday.

Why are some other 9/19 TPW members cars being shipped before the 9/12 TPW? Should I send out a search party.....?

Anyone else tracking their railcar? Mine is on hold status (whatever that means) in Laclede, IL.

Called UP and no record of shipment yet. I'm assuming this is because it's on a Canadian Pacific Railway car at the moment and I have not quite figured out to track that rail line.

You got to 4200 before me, so I wouldn't mine being on the same railcar as yours

BTW, my dealer said that the car should get to Milpitas in 4-5 days (which sounds overly optimistic) and then 2-4 days to get to the dealer by truck.

Any progress on your railcar, guys? Mine started on Canadian Pacific, then I was using the CPX number to trace but it stopped working for me, and now I'm using the UP people which is awesome and updated much quicker. Last thing I heard from them was departed Cheyenne, WY! It even says ETA September 29th @ 8am, "Industry" ... now I'm just trying to figure out what that means. City of Industry is about 8 hours south of me... Hmm...

Progress though!

That's funny, that's there's a city named Industry

because I am pretty sure industry just means the station, where all cars are unloaded..can't think of the name. But that is wha I heard when I called last week, "car at industry etc"

Just got my rail number from the dealer. The CSX tracking system says it arrived in Gibson, IN on 26th Sep and there is no other ETA

I think you don't get an ETA until you're on the UP system... Let me know if you need that phone number!

Since I've been on there I've seen lots of progress! I was in Utah last I checked earlier... next stop NV and then finally CA! It says the ETA is "at Industry" which is why I thought Cali's City of Industry... but now I've been told that isn't the case so I'm not sure what the recorded lady means by that. I guess it just means where it goes from train to truck... I think? LOL

Interesting... that site hasn't showed squat to me, it has said "offline" for the location for the last 3 days, and yet the phone number always has an update when I call.

I'm still in Canada.... Hopefully she gets out of there before the winter hits

My theory here is that they are waiting on train that will get the car closer to the south. If I'm correct PalmCoastg35 who also resides in Florida is on as same place. In the meantime I can only dream....
