Switching from 18' heritage to RS/SS style Rims

I'll be purchasing a set of factory RS rims w/tires from a friend and my question is when I put them on my 2012 LS, will I need new tire sensors or will the swap be an easy switch?

I've changed from the heritage wheels to the RS wheels. When I bought the RS wheels, they didn't come with TPMS sensors, so had to buy those. Put them on the car, went to the dealership and asked about getting them programmed, 5 minutes later out the door free of charge.
