I posted on 6/21 that I had someone break into our Camaro and stole a lot of our sound system. See below

Well, looking out my window at 2AM last night I saw 2 black males and 1 black female going house to house to see if there were any open doors. I immediately called the Cops and they came out to investigate. But, soon as they saw the cop enter the neighbor hood they bolted out of the community. I saw the whole thing from my bedroom window as I was on the phone with 911.

After about 15 min of looking the cops came up empty and left. One person car was broken into though.

I looked outside the rest of my windows and saw a strange car parked in the grass by my house. So, considering how strange it was parked I called the cops again to let them know.

While the cops were checking out the car I saw 2 of the black males running towards their car. Soon as they saw the cops they bolted behind my house.
I let the 911 Operator know as well as the cops that were outside.

Then my neighbor hood lite up like a Christmas tree with about 8 cops with lights and a helicopter to locate them.

I do not think they caught them but they did get there car and finger printed, took evidence, and towed the car at 6am. It will be interesting to see if anything comes from this and getting our stuff back....WHAT a night...

Here is a photo when they pulled up on the car I reported. Not a bad photo from my iphone and no flash at night...LOL

I hope they can track them down... its tough to find a few people in a neighborhood at night... im glad my car is in a garage

With the economy being what it is currently, I am afraid we are going to see a lot more of this. What ever happened to the good ol' days of getting an education and a career?
