Man...wish I lived near you. I would pull off my brace and put it on your car just to see if there was any improvement on keeping the craddle a little more solid. Although I would think you would want a little bit of travel unless you were making an all out race car. My car is race first an fun driver second, although it gets driven to work for my 90 mile round trip commute once a week. There has to be someone around your area with a gopro, I would also love to see the results. Not saying they do, the vendors could edit their videos anyway they want. The one thing I can say is that the rear bushing doesn't move and the front thY does would be attached to the brace you all are looking at. I will post a local thread seeing if anyone has the brace so we can do some under thee car suspension videos. There's two guys out here that may be future cadidates.

One vendor had posted a pretty cool under the hood video of how much the strut brace helps. He unbolted one side and you could see lots of movement, that's my next video right after I install my Hotchkis strut tower brace sitting in the garage.

Very nice vids. They show a lot of what's happening. Just so you know, the last one is marked private and asks for permission.

Thanks, I just took care of it and the video should be public. The default setting is private and I sometimes forget to change it when uploading the video. I will be posting more videos soon.

Glad you noticed, I was going to mention that face. It's important to run the proper tire pressure and wheel size to wheel ratio.

BTW: I'm about to try my hand at AutoX for the first time. What tire pressure do you think I should use with the stock wheels/tires?

I typically run them at 40, never less than 38. Invest in a good tire pressure gage and adjust the pressure before each run. I just purchased an 11 gallon air tank so I could adjust up or down easily. A decent tire inflator will also work.

I will be posting front strut bar videos soon to show everyone how much the towers move. One vendor has already do this and I was shocked by the movement without the bar fully bolted on.
