im new here at this Forum but i was long time in the other 5th Gen Camaro Forum, now i have it done an Pre order my 1SS RS Im too come from germany and i think with an big Internet recherche you can find an cheap (not monay hungry) Importeur i pay around 40000€ so the Dollarquote is OK.for the 1SS with RS Package and Boston System. All the Changes to made the Car street legal are with in the Price. inclusiv 24 month warranty. Hope i could help an litte bit. best regards Blacky

I live in France and I'm like you, I want import a Camaro. I have asked a french dealer specialized in importation for a 2LT. http://vs-autos.com This is his answer: "For a premium, I can tell you that I will be difficult to take one out right away. > The cost of the approval of a Camaro is not yet well known. After some research and information with colleagues, we can give you an overall estimated price for a LT. (to be specified later). All included: vehicle registration, fees (including transportation), we could be around 40 K € turnkey. > This is an estimate." So the US price x2. But that is progress compared to the advertised price of 75K€ for a 1SS to another french dealer... |

Hi
Look in the Website www.mobile.de and search the Camaro , there is an Importeur that import the Camaro 1SS begin with 42500€ with the Dollarquote in the moment. or here his website with the Online Konfigurator http://konfig.us-mobile.de/ My camaro i have ordered Privat . My Oncle lives in the US and ordered for my, later i will import the Car here with an Importeur- he make my all the street legal things and changes, olso the warranty. all in all it cost my around the 40000€ with an good Dollar-Euro Quote.Problem is i must pay the Tax in the US.

But I think I will import it myleft. I have friends in USA, I think the better think is: -They buy the car to a dealer, register it, -It buy to my friends the car, like is it's a second hand (for the tax, i should be cheaper) -I use a compagny like this : http://www.cma-cgm.com/en/Default.aspx to import the car in France. -And the last step, the registration |
