What to say to onstar to convince them to reprogram this module

I purchased a used bluetooth onstar module from a junkyard and am trying to have them "marry" it to my vehicle. They are telling me that I need to take it to the dealership to get this done. (If they are even willing to do it) The module is currently attached to another wrecked camaro. I have spoken to two different representative who are unwilling to help. Any ideas?

Oh ok gotcha. Well, I guess take it to the dealer and let them get you set up. I don't see any other option if Onstar won't or can't do it.

Ok. I guess I'll get it done when I have them update the bcm and radio since I'm adding the steering wheel controls and Pdim.

Got back from my dealer and they trying to reprogram the module and couldn't get it done. How is everyone else getting their used modules attatched to their vins and onstar accounts?
