I am so impressed that I have a cammed car with headers and a catch can, LOL I can not wait to see this beast finished, espcially the billet reservoir, whatever that is.

I tried re-paving...

it's gonna take a lot of passes!

Can't wait to see speedster's repaving episode. LOL

You will be "stripe" friendly when you get that 427 built and running.

Those are some great marks! I bet people nearby were wondering what the heck that was.

I would be happy with a functioning Start button at this point.

I will say one modification that caught me off guard - they had to disconnect the passenger side windshield wiper. The bar that operates it would not fit around the intake. They made a custom one. Wait until you see that pic - it's really nice work and the intake is really trick in there.

It's their version of crop circles. He needs to do some donuts to make them rounder.

I did a little repaving in my neighborhood not too long ago... My neighbor paved a strip with his Peek-up... (I live in south Texas), and lots of the other neighbors were ragg'in on me pretty hard. I have the very best neighbors a person could ask for, unless you can ask for an entire neighbor hood of C5 members.. so, he scratches the road with his bully dog chipped truck, while I'm in Brazil... I get home, and did one of my getting to be fairly well known burnouts, and leave parallel strips about three times as long as his, and way darker... after my 427 and the twins are installed, I may use the last of my current tires to improve upon those that are out there right now...on my way to find that tire sponsor...

So, right now they're crop strips, or crop rows, or...???

I did Donuts (no pic's, sorry) this summer when I was at a SCCA test and tune on a 200' circle skid pad. When I hit 68 mph,the car was kicking out sideways, and roasted the tires 3/4 the way around the circle (posi) right at the edge of adhesion. I had one of the SCCA instructors in the car with me.. Boy, that was fun!! LOL

I follow this build almost daily. Awesome job Speedster!

Since repaving was mentioned, I thought I would share the attached. I didn't do it all but I definitely contributed with my 79 Z. Probably the best party I've ever attended!!

Can't wait to see dyno results and track passes Speedster!
