Has anybody ordered a 14 with the Recaros? What is the $ GM is asking?

i thought somebody said on a cadillac( or something other gm car)it was a $3000-$4000 option on that car, so they were saying to expect it to be equivalent or close to that cost

No. They will more than likely cost around $950 - no where near the cost on the Cadillac.

I don't think they'll be that cheap but I sure wouldn't complain at that price. I'm guessing $1500 but I hope you're right.

I would expect them to be around $1600. That is how much Ford charges in the Mustang.

Agree. Highly doubt cheaper than $1,400 and hopefully not more than $1,699

One thing though about the Recaros. We do not know who they will fit and if they will be comfortable on a long trip. If you are not a dedicated track rat and you get in and out of your car alot, they are not recommended. However, if you do buy them I bet they will be easy to get sell/trade to a pre 1014 Camaro owner.

My logic is just that - get them and then if you don't like them sell them in the market place. You could probably buy some nice aftermarket racing seats for what they'd sell for.
