Junkman, great information and videos, ive learned so much!

Just wondering what you would recommend as far as portable working lights to inspect your paint for swirls and etc.? I would preferably like a standing/tripod light instead of a handheld light. Thanks

The halogen light stands that they sell at every hardware store and wally world will do just fine. Those things are not made to last so don't be surprised if you have to replace them every year or two. They're pretty flimsy but they get the job done.

Junkman, do you by any chance have any videos with microfiber polishing pads or any plans to make any?

Awesome I'd like to see these, if I remember correctly you weren't overly impressed with them over the foam pads?

Not true. I haven't voiced an opinion because I hadn't had a chance to use them up until this past winter. I have a bunch of irons in the fire.

Once you saw the video, it was such a logical approach to putting on a cover that you probably said, "I knew that!"

Just make sure that you never put it on a car that is dirty (i.e. has been driven). At that point, you are NOT protecting anything. You are damaging it.

Start to finish... your avg 2 bucket worsh (my mom says it like that also) takes how long? No matter what I do I can't get it down below an hour and forty five minutes. This is glass, wheels, tires and door jams included of course.
