S**T like this is always so laughable,it's like they're thinking that someone out
there is actually willing to pay that much to have the Camaro, used rather than new.It would be funny for someone to take their car to a dealer and let them appraise it much like I did with my 02SS and what a laugh I had as I walked out the door

That is hard to believe, I wonder what their bottom dollar is to buy the car? I'd sell mine for $40K and order another new one!

LMAO

Oh man...

Well the Camaro has been there at least 3 days, I am gonna keep track of how many weeks it sits there me thinks. Unless they get a really dense person to go buy that who does no research at all, they will probably have that car for a while.....

I work at a Dealership and know quite a few people who drive for different Dealerships. I ran into a driver the other day and she told me she has made 6 trips from Texas to Chicago to pick up used Camaros and take them back to a Dealer in the Valley for sale at well OVER MSRP! I said "you're Lying!" so she showed me her time sheets. I can't believe people are actually taking that kind of abuse! We are NOT all the same.

It's called "Supply and Demand", some have the supply, others have the demand. Suppliers charge what they want and get it! Yes I agree, people are dense. More money than brains, I guess.

Whats funny about this is here in NY 4thgens were kinda rare. In like late 2003 I was looking for a used 1999 or 2000 Trans Am or Camaro Z28. The going price for good clean ones in the Northeast was about $15,000 - $18,000ish. However after a quick search of ebay I found in the south they were practically giving them away. I ended up picking up a mint 60k mile 1999 NBM Trans Am from a Pontiac dealer in Texas for $9,800. The locals were floored I got it so cheap, and I showed them how cheap they were going for down there, I had a choice of 3 or 4 in the south at dealers with Buy It Nows between $10k - $11k. I sold it 2.5 yrs later with 100k miles for $8,000. I'd say I got my money's worth out of it.
