Would anyone be interested in cruising south to Bakersfield sometime?

They have quite a large club already established down there, with LOTS of 1st gens, almost no 4th gens, and I don't believe they have ANY 5th gens as of yet...

The photo op alone would be worth the drive I think. Just throwing it out there- if I get some nibbles I'll try and set something up with them. (Shouldn't be too hard, I've met with their club prez at an auto show down there awhile back, and he's very pro-active)

Like I said, just throwin it out there, so post up Nocal!

Depends on what weekend. If it's sometime in the near future, I probably won't be able to make it down, but if it's in say June or later, I will head down and meet up with you guys as my father lives in bakersfield. I'm sure if his hip surgery is healing well I'll bring him out to say hello.
