I was at the holding lot today at GM Oshawa and talked to one of the guys there running the shipping of cars. He says no worries, all cars that were build by last Friday will be shipped out as normally scheduled.
While there he ran my VIN # and told me that mine was at their shop (the old truck plant) getting the hood wrapped.

Isn't the old truck plant closed? I mean North plant tho, Adelaide and Ritson in Oshawa.

Wow this is exciting, been waiting since 3/17 when my car was built. Hopefully mine is in that batch getting shipped.

I was told mine was built 3/12, no idea why it would take so long to ship..

I guess the west coast takes longer. They have to fill rail cars before sending them all that way. Mine was build 3/26 and on a truck today to be deliver to the dealer tomorrow. Pays to live close I guess ?
