it sounds to me like you're not overly hurting for money ($30,000 plus the $85K in mods you said) and you're only in your late 20's. why not just hold on to the Camaro for a few years and enjoy her and save up the extra cash and buy a vet by the time you're 35

or did i miss something?

Being away and not being able to see or drive it takes a lot of the specialness from the Camaro , Sometimes! It even make you think of doing something crazy, like this! I understand that but that will go away once you get to see and drive the car again! I say since money isn't a issue have both!

Paid, not payed. That's not a word.

Edit. I just replied to a 3 yr old thread. Great.

By now, this guy must be retired working on a Lingenfelter 75' yacht. $100,000 into a Camaro at age 29... Wow.

Actually payed is a word, but its usage in this context is not correct as you pointed out. Good catch.

Sounds like you are in the fortunate position to have more money that you know what to do with. $85K+ in your build and you're ready to sell after 3K miles... so you can buy a Vette and do it all again? Sounds nuts to me.

Damn! Me too. I hate when people dig up these ancient posts and comment on them like they were posted today. There should be a 1 year (or less) time limit on posts, and then they go into the DEEP archives.
