They told me they would put stripes on hood and trunk, but everytime I followed up they had another excuse. This went on for 3 months and they finally stopped retuning my phone calls and texts. I saw the sales manager at Safeway one day, made eye contact, he quickly turned around and walked away real fast. The service department is no better. Took the car oin for it's first service. When I got home I noticed that the tires were not rotated. That made me question other areas, so I started taking a closer look. The oil was dirty for a car with only 4,000 miles on it. I've changed oil on cars that had 10,000 miles on it with cleaner looking oil. I called the service manager and was told I didn't know what I was talking about and he got pretty rude after that. Lastly, I over heard the salesmen talking about a customer that was interested in a vehicle and they were calling the guy names and saying how much they were going to make off his trade.

I will never go back to that place. they do have a good selection of cars, but if I see one I like on the internet or drive by, I will go to another dealership and have them try to get that car/truck for me.
You have a RS, tires can't be rotated, f245, r275.

Thanks for the heads up. If you are buying a car, you should have a great experience and walk away happy. I don't know why so many dealers just don't get it.

Can't rotate front to rear, but you can switch side to side. I have heard that swapping sides doesn't matter, but you could swap them if you want. My first set of tires wore very even, I never swapped them.

Well tires do rotate... lol, jk.

As far as I remember, the tires and the tread are directional, so there is no rotation you can do with them. For the stock Pirellis that is.

Nope, you can rotate the Pirellis. I did ask before I had my tires done. My new DWS can be rotated as well, but it's not necessary.

Just got my 14 at Good Chevy in renton. Havent had to go in for anything but my experience so far has been nothing but great. 10yr/200k warrenty and free oil and such for life on top. Will leave judgements until I need them for something, but they've earned a recommendation to be considered by others at least.

Just remember the hook on those "free" oil changes. You must use their service schedule, not what is recommended by GM. Good likes pushing things like "oil system flush" on vehicles for ~$160 as part of their recommended service. I stopped going there real quick with my Suburban due to their "recommended" service schedule and their annoying phone call follow-ups.

Just do oil changes yourself. I never understood why anyone would want to let someone else touch their car for something like that. It's simple enough to do that it's not worth the money they charge, and who knows what else they're doing to your car while they have it. No one cares unless it's theirs.

Unfortunately I don't have a place at my apartment where I can do my own oil changes, so I'm at the mercy of service places. I too had a great experience with Good Chevy's sales, and got the longer warranty and free oil changes as well. Haven't had to use it yet though, so we'll see how those go, but the sales dept was awesome.

For service I use Issaquah chevrolet. Their prices are responsible and I have never had a problem with repairs or service from them. They are always friendly and take the time to answer my questions. I can't recommend my dealer I bought my car from because I bought it used from a Hyundai dealership in Gresham, OR. It was the only camaro on the lot

Bump Bump

Thinking about looking at a 2014 1LS. I see Good Chev has some with dealer incentives and rebates marked down to the low $20k range. I haven't worked with them so I have no idea if they're blowing smoke or not. I'm willing to drive, so if there's a good dealer out in the boonies, let me know.

Summit White or Blue Ray Metallic
