Can't rotate front to rear, but you can switch side to side. I have heard that swapping sides doesn't matter, but you could swap them if you want. My first set of tires wore very even, I never swapped them.

Thanks for the heads up on the tires. To be honest I didn't think aboout that. I will have ot check. I know they didn't switch side, yet the paperwork from teh service department said they did rotate.

As far as I remember, the tires and the tread are directional, so there is no rotation you can do with them. For the stock Pirellis that is.

Nope, you can rotate the Pirellis. I did ask before I had my tires done. My new DWS can be rotated as well, but it's not necessary.

Just got my 14 at Good Chevy in renton. Havent had to go in for anything but my experience so far has been nothing but great. 10yr/200k warrenty and free oil and such for life on top. Will leave judgements until I need them for something, but they've earned a recommendation to be considered by others at least.

Just do oil changes yourself. I never understood why anyone would want to let someone else touch their car for something like that. It's simple enough to do that it's not worth the money they charge, and who knows what else they're doing to your car while they have it. No one cares unless it's theirs.

Unfortunately I don't have a place at my apartment where I can do my own oil changes, so I'm at the mercy of service places. I too had a great experience with Good Chevy's sales, and got the longer warranty and free oil changes as well. Haven't had to use it yet though, so we'll see how those go, but the sales dept was awesome.

For service I use Issaquah chevrolet. Their prices are responsible and I have never had a problem with repairs or service from them. They are always friendly and take the time to answer my questions. I can't recommend my dealer I bought my car from because I bought it used from a Hyundai dealership in Gresham, OR. It was the only camaro on the lot

Thinking about looking at a 2014 1LS. I see Good Chev has some with dealer incentives and rebates marked down to the low $20k range. I haven't worked with them so I have no idea if they're blowing smoke or not. I'm willing to drive, so if there's a good dealer out in the boonies, let me know. Summit White or Blue Ray Metallic |
