Sorry, DBoy23 but your information is a little off.
I have a 2LT with beige interior, and my panels are champagne, not silver. I am certain this is also true for 2SS's with beige interior...but I don't have one of these in my garage. :-)

I've seen these colors at a plant in Strasburg Va that were making them. I agree that silver was an existing option. the new silver is a lot lighter. I was able to look at the two side by side. to make a quick comparison, think of the existing silver like the Gm Pewter color like on my 99 Silverado and the new panels would be more like the IMS on the new Camaros.
It was rumored that there was to be a Synergy Green trim panel option also. |

the panels in the pic are SIM, not the ones offered standerd on 2LTs and 2SSs
The white trim kit will look gorgous! |

What color are the stock 2SS & 2LT trim panels with the grey interior? I'm trying to deck the whole interior out in silver but i want a different look than the second trim level from factory, just to differentiate. The Switchblade Silver trim looks brighter than the photos i have seen from the cars that come from the factory with non-cloth trim panels. That's my goal - closer to the trim on the steering wheel and gauge bezel.

Had been waiting on my yellow interior with GM Parts Direct but they just canceled my order last week. Guess I will just have to wait until later this year and try again.
