Malibu Coupe SS
Are there any renderings of a future Malibu SS that we can chew on?

I think It's a sign of the times. They had an SS malibu 4door in the model before this one, and it didn't do well in sales. While I think that would be cool, I think you have a better chance of seeing jesus then to ever see a 2 door malibu let alone in ss trim.

GM formerly would slap an SS on anything that was a remotely sportier trim level for a model. Now, to be an SS it has to have serious go, stop, and turn performance credentials. It has to be something that would be competent on the track in competition. You just don't do that with mainstream midsize sedans. The Malibu is a brilliant family sedan, and that's all it needs to be.

That was for GMI's RIA feature...
And Cobalt's dead after April next year. Lordstown's already retooling for Cruze production.

Probably just a standard Malibu that someone added aftermarket stuff to.
