Straight Piped and CAI!

Well I did the straight pipes and CAI tonight with a buddy of mine and I would have to say I am stoked about the quality of the sound and the power gain. Thanks to all the info I got on here I made a good decision.

Thanks Camaro5 guys.

Your Camaro sounds mean. I just did CAI and Corsa, not too loud but when I step on it, it gets nasty loud.

I installed my Borla S-type cat back about 6 weeks ago and have been delaying putting on my Kooks long tube headers because of warranty issues but made up my mind i'm putting on my headers tomorrow. Can't wait to see the performance difference and sound. Hopefully it's not too loud. We shall see

Loud is good because generally you can only hear it if you are following. Mine is very quiet inside still. The Camaro has great sound insulation.

Well its loud alright and it doesn't sound like shit.

BTW, the Camaro has almost zero sound insulation from the front of the rear seat all the way back. Your setup works though, so enjoy it !!!

When you are driving it you can barely hear the sound cruising.
