Stress can reek havoc on your body and mind so I will bring this up again. You should incorporate exercise and if you can fit it in especially weight training. It is a proven stress reliever. Also you should try to eat properly. If you can manage 4-5 small meals daily it may agree with you better and is the right way to eat regardless. I've been through a divorce as well and believe me it does get much better with time.

Just checking in😊

All is well, still maintaining 20 lbs down.
Off to Chicago this weekend to buy some
Much needed new clothes. I am loving boot
camp now that we have moved back outside.
It's at The Hunt Club and you can hear the
horses whinny, nicker and sometimes kicking
around in the stable. I almost wish I could
could go there 5 days instead of 3.

Glad to see everyone is doing well -keep up
the good work. We shod plan a Weight Loss
Thread picture for everyone that's coming to
C5fest in August. Lets get a pic of our assets😉

Yeah somewhere around there. When she started her "transformation" she was 196....

Thank you for your kind words. You should see her back, quads, and ass

You CAN get your arms like that bit it takes weights. Real weights...not the 10lb dumbbells. PM me if you think I can help you

Hi all. Haven't been on much, busy as hell, that's the way it is summer time in a motorcycle shop.

I see some impressive results here, "all" it takes is dedication and a plan, sounds easy huh? lol

I've been at the weights hard and am right at my personal best on most lifts for the last 5 yrs and am continuously progressing, I'm quite happy with it.

Keep it up, you will get results!!

Well I know you'd appreciate this..she is approaching a 3x BW squat.

I appreciate all the comments. The "ship" was there all along...she just needed someone to right the rudder and get it headed in the right direction. I was a very, very small part of it. It was her drive and commitment that did all the work.

To those reading, you can do it but you have to want it bad enough....more than anything. More than going out with friends, more than car shows, and if need be even more than sleep. If a single mom of twins and 4 dogs, who was obese can do it, you can too!
