I never understood the complaints either. I adjusted my mirrors and doing what you said above gives me a complete view of around my car... I actually get less of a view in my mom's honda cr-v LOL

No kidding. With all of the upgrades I got for my car, I was amazed I got it for such a good price (at dealer price and not mark up). I just wish that if you had upgraded wheels on top of the RS package, on top of the normal wheels that you also get those sets included.

I get less of a view in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and in my car at work (Crown Vic).

I've never heard of the comments being handed out to Camaro owners ever happening with any other car. I was washing my car today and some guy drove by shouting out of his window... "Nice car!" Another guy driving a BMW convertible talked it up with me for about 5 minutes telling me how nice my car was while waiting in a restaurant. I've gotten the thumbs up, and people stopping to stare in a parking lot.

I don't know if it's because the car is black, and usually spotless... or what. But people really seem to genuinely love these cars. More so than the competition and any other car out there.

could nt agree more
I've found if you adjust your mirrors out far enough (just far enough out where you don't see the flanks of the car) it helps quite a bit. Not seeing the sides of your car in your side view mirrors can take some getting used to.

Just as you loose sight of the car behind you in your rear window, you should be able to see it with your side view mirrors, if they are adjusted out far enough. Works for me.

As for backing into my garage I still need to turn them back in so I can see the sides of the car.

The GTI is pretty good deal, if I was into hatches and could get over my distrust of VW then I would be extremely tempted to buy one. The Genesis is a nice bargain as well, especially for the 3.8, I had hopes that the 2.0t would be a dark horse for modding but it hasn't really been that impressive yet (a lot of hurdles they have to get over it seems). Of course the V6 Camaro (and even V6 Mustang) are amazing cars, especially for their price. IMO they blow the Altima Coupe and Accord Coupe out of the water for those who want a sporty car under $30k.

Out of the five cars chosen . . . Camaro is obviously number 1 and I'd put Mustang at #2 - the others - not so much. None of the other 3 are hot and don't belong on the list except for the fact that they cost under $25K. IMO.
