The Captain's Spring Sun Shoot!
So, with all the excitement of the Camaro, and me holding out for a convertible, i had to go take some new shots of the Cobalt!
Finally sunny, nice and clean, with the new rubber on. Wind was blowing like a mofo, so i scrambled and got some half good pics. So the terrain looks a little barren, but i think it makes a nice contrast with the car, although it looks like i photoshopped the pics or something? lol Rims are MKW M72's, Rubber is BFG GForce KDW 225/45/18 Any comments about the mudflaps can be fed up your backside, i live where i live and we have gravel everywhere. Get over it. It's mine, not yours. Also, i have links to bigger pics underneath each respective pic if you want a background pic! http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2335.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2336.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2337.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2338.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2339.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2340.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2341.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2342.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2343.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2347.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2345.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2348.jpg http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o...9/IMG_2349.jpg *Updated! Thanks fellas, a bit of work, and some taste is all it takes!
Not too many are a fan of the blue/chrome theme, but i love it, and it stands out and turns heads!

Yea, i take the badge off, clean the trunk and badge well, and 3M tape it back on. The "C" in Cobalt on my trunk is also crooked.

Hey where did you get the sweet HID headlights from and how much did they run you?
EDIT: AND do they give you better visibility than the standard headlights, and are you having any water getting inside of the lenses issues? |

I got the casings from Cobalt-Addiction.com, and i haven't had any water or leaking problems. They cost about $230 with shipping. Other then these specific casings have way to many venting ports in the back, and i plugged all but one. I got my HIDs from VVME.com, they are the warehouse, so they have cheap HIDs and no middleman to up the cost. I got three sets of HIDs for $160 CDN!
And with the lowbeams adjusted the way i like them (maybe a bit high) i can use them up to 120 on the highway, and the highs are just like f*cking floodlights!! Semis, trucks, nothing i have seen except aftermarket flood/spot lights come close to these highs. Next time i'm in Stoon i'll get a hold of you and you can check out whatever you want!
