2010 LS 135mph but I've also had road track time with my car so doing it legal.

Also all my mods are cosmetic still stock 18's and I could have taken it faster but didn't want to push it to
far with stock tires. After I get the new skins I will post what a stock LS with proper tires can do

142...had to back off due to "obstacles in the road". didn't even blink an eye passing 110...120...130...just kept pulling nice and hard. and that was with nothing but the Injen CAI. haven't been able to get her back up since LT headers, HF cats, and ARK exhaust.

No not tuned I haven't done the tune yet since I heard that it voids the warrenty

I plan on hitting pocono raceway this summer friends in a vette club they go every year and I'm invited so I can't wait to see what the Camaro can do on that straight.

I'm sure I'm not the only one but if our cars are like this stock well I cant wait until I start changing things under the hood

Well, then either GM messed up with your car, your speedometer is way off, or you didn't really go that fast.

Every single LS made is limited to 118mph because of the tire rating. If you have stock tires, the rating for those is 118. You could very well blow out all your tires going past that rating because they are not made for speeds higher then 118.

I'm curious, any V-6 owners that have had their car over 118 without reprogramming anything? Also, it seems like every V-6 should have the same top speed cause I imagine at the production level, changing the top speed governor on each V-6 depending on what tire size that Camaro has would be a nightmare???
Whenever I had a v-6 manual I got it up to around 125 .

did your ls come with the ls rims? thats how they figure out the limit.....steel 18's 118 everything else is 155.....i think even the 19's go 155 but i could be wrong....if your car came with the 21's in your pic then it may have gottten a 155 limit

Yes have driven faster than 118 and yes every ls tops out at 118. Ls owners here might suffer a little from ego inflation.
