well... i just got off the phone with GM CS... and i told the lady i needed my vin for insurance purposes... so she contacted the people and said my vehicle just started today on the line and prolly wont have a vin until end of next week...

gay...

wait... i just realized something... the factory is closed today... how the hell am i being produced today if its closed...
damn you CS lady... grrr...

Well that other car is a no go it has painted wheels and they will not do a swap plus the $470 price diff for polished wheels. No biggie I give it two weeks I think my car will arrive

Just found out about this thread... Had a TPW of 10/05 got a VIN the next day! Dealer estimated delivery: 10/20 Whoooohooo!

Sorry that stinks. Whats the GM customer service number? I will call and ask about mine. I will also ask if they are working the holiday. Some companies pay time and a half for holiday work. Keeping my fingers crossed.

News just keeps getting better. Called the Rail Tracking # today for the 1st time and already my car has left Toronto! With any luck you all should be seeing your car move this fast after it you get VIN'd. Maybe someone at GM is taking pity on me since it took 4 months just for me to get out of 1100..! Mmm...
