Can't we all just get along? Haha yeah right. I'm just glad we have choices and don't have to go to the dark side to make power. Can I get an amen?

i am not knocking down the 2010SS in any way. merely answering your comments. im sure there are some 03-04 cobras running high 12's where you are, but where i am and anywhere ive been, i have yet to see one go that slow. in my local club there isnt a single one that runs higher than 11's. they run drag radials and have all manner of bolt ons KB and one with everything (H/C/I) 700rwhp-teksid block.

i have nothing but respect for the 2010SS. but please man, dont say you see termi's running high 12's all the time. any driver worth his beans runs good drag radials and mid to low (12.4-12.6)12's. stock.

i understand folks are tired of termi this and termi that. part of the reason i built my stang was to get kills on termi's. but they are like any other car. power to weight and car setup decides the day.

IMO a kenne bell or turbo SS should run well against them. you just need power to weight and realize you are facing a factory race car.

Cobras are badass.

Just trying to dispel the notion that they are the greatest thing ever. I respect them and love their look, just saying I saw an LS3 beat em up.

Stock vs Stock they have the advantage over teh SS.

100% stock engine. 100% stock exhaust. whipple, 19psi, built auto trans, SRA, slicks/skinnies.

10.15 @ 132

definately not your "average" modded terminator, but you would never suspect it from the stock look and stock exhaust sound and thats the problem with them is they are 9-13 second cars, with no engine work.

Depends on mods .. ported combo is an 11sec car .. KB/Whipple 10 sec car ....

If they both make around the same power and drives are equal the nod goes the the Cobra ...

Having owned a 2010 camaro and an 04 cobra, the cobra is still my favorite car and the best car that I have owned to date ..

nhra stocker - 12.58 @ 110.30 mph, (LS3, M6)

That was the best stock time listed on this forum. Im sure the SS has broke into the 12.4's somewhere. That is with the SS being out for little over a year.

I am just saying the best published, more reliable time for the 2003 Cobra was a 12.43. I am sure stock ones have gone faster in colder air.
