Weld RT-S 17" and tires

Compliments of Matt at FSP. Bought them right off his race car. Rears are 325x45 R17 M&H Racemasters

Looking good!
But is it me or the rear tires mounted the wrong way? Like you have them pointing the wrong direction? I might be wrong.

Only mod I had to make was to cut the "roller skates" off of the front brake pads.

Khumo Ecsta Sport 255/50 R17 in the picture. Unfortunately, the diameter difference was too much (1.5" diff in diameter between front and rear tires) resulting in the "Service Stabilitrak" message. I just changed them out to a taller tire, Goodyear Eagle RS-A 235/65.

Looks Good. Can you give us a rear picture to see the tire extension at rear quarter panels? How much if any room do you have from tire rub on inner sides? I have been considering this same setup as I am looking for a taller tire than what MT ET's/DR can offer. Did you have to modify suspension components for the 17"? Stock height?

No modifications at all on the rear, other than to tie back the e brake cable. Plenty of clearance on all sides. The closest points to touching are the rear control arms and the calipers. If you're stock height, I believe you'll be ok. I had some wheel weights rubbing the highest point of the caliper, so I moved them by about 1/8" inward on the rim.
