Which rims would you choose?
I am having the rims on my 45th replaced and was wondering, of the following 3, which everyone liked the best. I looking for some great all black 21" or higher matte black type rims. The first 2 are from GM (in case the dealership will only replace them with GM rims) and the third is a set I found that I like. If anyone else has other suggestions I would love to hear them.

Yes, no, and no. They all look pretty heavy if you plan on racing. Like the not so bland look of the first though.

This is just my daily driver car. About the only racing I do is to get a good parking space when I see a car pulling out close to the door at the mall. I am just looking for something that looks really nice and would go well with my car. This is the first time I am looking at all black wheels. I usually don't like them but I think they would look great on my 45th. The only other mods I am even considering at this point are LED headlights/DRL's, CAI cold air intake, Borla Cat-Back exhaust (ATAK if I can afford it), and front fender stripes to match the 45th stripes on the hood and trunk (grey/red). Thanks for the input.

First ones for sure, 2/3 are just plain. However at that cost per rim im sure u could find some really nice TSW or F14's instead of going through GM(highly inflated prices)

I say keep the 45th wheels but if I had to choose I would say the first set.

Just food for thought - If money is no object, read no further..........
However, if you are at all concerned about replacement shoes for those or other size rims, please check out tirerack.com. Original tires P Zero with 20" rims - set of 4 shoes $886 Original tires P Zero with 21" rims - set of 4 shoes $1945 Original tires P Zero with 22" rims - set of 4 shoes $1466 I have heard the higher price for 21" rims is just because they are typically less popular: therefore, fewer made. I you are set on 21" rims - you will most likely pay a premium for the rubber. By the way - I like the rims on the first link. tracker |

Trust me I would love to keep my wheels but the red stripe around the edge is peeling off and the dealership is replacing the rims for free. I think I am going to see about getting the ones in the first link since they are official GM wheels and I think they would look good on my 45th. I appreciate all of the advice everyone and I will try and post pics of my new wheel when I get them!
