Camaro SS VS Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited
Now, Im not talking about which one is faster but which one is more practical.
Most roads I drive on have potholes, bumps, railroad crossings, and gravel. Its hard on the suspenion and I drive 5mph on gravel so it wont chip the paint. I also have to park it outside where mother nature can have fun with her :(. When it is parked outside, the sprinker system has some very nasty well water which eats into the paint and its hard to get off. Also I tote my friends along quite a bite and its hard having a 2door and it sits quite low. Also I miss my 4x4 capabilities. So now Im stuck, all my friends say that I need to keep the camaro but should I?

if my camaro had to sit outside i might go with the wrangler.
i traded a wrangler sahara for the camaro and had 3 jeeps before that one. i do miss it a bit but love and spoil my camaro now.

Where do you live?
Sounds like you're out in the back country to say the least. I love my Camaro (but I drive on nice, smooth, flat, well maintained roads). If I were in your case I'd most likely have a 4X4. |

wow not even sure how to answer that it is so apples vs oranges.
the correct answer is both. you have to have a car and a truck to be happy. luckily my wife has a small penis and loves trucks so I get to have our cummins, modded and on 37's "for her". So I don't have to pick between car and 4x4. If you have to pick one I say V8 a wrangler. the one we built for my dad is sweet. it moves out pretty good. just did a vortec head, comp cammed 350 with 700-r4 to keep cost down. it moves out pretty good.

It seems like you're asking us to answer a question you already did with your wording in the post....

Having both is perfect, except they both suck on gas mileage (I have a Jeep Liberty). So, I guess I need 3 cars...the Camaro, the Jeep and something that is fuel efficient. Living in Cleveland, if I could only have 1, I'd probably pick the Jeep. It's just sooo much more practical, and I don't have to worry about destroying it in the winter.

It was ninety nine cents!

I have both a wrangeler (an ooold one haha) and a 2011 SS. No garage. Horrible CNY roads to boot.
My car is lowered, I drive it daily in the spring/summer/fall. Soon as the roads get salted: It goes into storage and the Jeep comes out to tame the road. If you can manage: Have both. They're both extremely fun vehicles. The Jeep will get you ANYWHERE in adverse conditions, and the Camaro... well hehe. Nothing beats a camaro in fair weather. As for practicality? Neither vehicle is practical in any way. Neither get great gas mileage (both under 30mpg) Neither vehicle seats more than 4 passengers. Neither has an excessive amount of storage space (the camaro probably wins on this war, I can fit much more in my camaro trunk than the space behind the backseat in my jeep. Minivans and Prius' are for practicality. Jeeps and Camaros are for FUN You have great taste in vehicles btw! But I would keep the Camaro if I were you. Get a beater Jeep, you can find a TJ wrangler in decent shape used for under 8K even less if you don't mind picking up a fixer upper. Good luck with your decision.

Yeah, my GF has an Xterra and I have my SS, which is the perfect situation. If I was single, however, I'd probably have a Wrangler.
