interior door seperating from exterior door panel...

Is this an easy fix? Just recently started happening and i have tried to pop the door back on there, but a few times after closing it, the door pops back out again. :-(
It appears the clips are all intact . I'm too scared to take the entire thing apart. Has this happened to anyone else?

You may have to replace the plastic clips.The barbs that hold it in place may be broken.You can get them at just about any auto parts store

It keeps popping out because you need to lift the upper door panel trim into the small channel on the rubber molding next to the glass. If it still pops out, then I'd look for any broken/weak clips in that area.

I tried what gringo suggested today. It popped out again not too many door slams later. :-/
Must be a broken clip. But how do i even get in there to access the clips???

Go to the DIY thread there is directions and a lot of pictures showing step by step. how to get the panel off.

There are also 3 or 4 metal lips along the top edge and there should be 4 bolts along the bottom edge. Make sure the bolts are there and the panel is not broken down there, get some new clips and you should be good to go.
