went to classic chevrolet today to test drive the LS. I didn't see Eric there, but talked to someone else instead. After some quick negotiations, i got quoted 23,290 for a 2011 LS. MSRP is 23590, after destination charge, and invoice is 23016 after destination, dealer IMR, and LMA group contribution. Is this a good price? I've heard other people getting around 22k for 2010 models.

A dealer near here is advertising online msrp 23530 and selling for 22963 for a 2011.

Well not really...invoice is $21,773 so make sure you get within 100 dollars of that price i would say...

Watch out for those dealer fees

ic, i was under the impression that IMR and LMA group contribution along with destination charge are unavoidable costs, but thanks for the info.

Thats a decent price, I just paid 22990 ended up being 24040 with taxes and fees for my 2010 LS about 3 weeks ago.

I got mine for 21,990 before taxes. That's about $700 below invoice. Go at the end of the quarter, and shop so you stay until after closing. That's what I did at least and got to knock some good $$ off their asking price.
