Need help finding a Dealer with an open allocation - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I need help from you all finding a dealer near North Carolina that has an open allocation for an order? Where do I start?

Good luck nobody around Charlotte does. I would first check the big msrp dealer thread then start emailing or calling. Depending on options cars can be found on lots and for msrp if you look hard enough. I ordered February at city and my allocation just came up about 2 weeks ago.

I ordered mine on May 7 in Fayetteville but still no open allocation. Getting tired of the we don't know answer...

Well like I said I waited to move since February the whole process sucks. If I had known I would of shopped around more but might as well keep waiting now. Waiting sucks period especially with no updates or straight answers. I would guess the allocations are out there but hard to find. Everyday lists get longer and longer. At least once I started moving I have had prompt updates. I hope i move right along once plant reopens tomorrow. Nothing I can do about it but if I don't get delivery by august i'm just gonna get even more pissed.

If your talking to me i don't see why it can't make it by august I moved to 3000 a few weeks ago. Well unless they are having a new problem with the manuals in SS's. Who knows what gonna happen starting tomorrow when they reopen. I'm outside of charlotte. If your talking to the other poster they didn't mention august.

There was a silver 2ss at the chevy dealer in Wendell outside of Raleigh. Customer ordered and didnt pick up....dumbass

Have you tried City in Charlotte on Independence. I would tell you Parks in Huntersville, but they want $5k over MSRP, they have a black 2SS/RS.

City is backed up as far as I know, I ordered in feb and was outside original allocation. I just started moving. I imagine their list is bigger now. But they are friendly and orders are being taken for msrp.
