Ok, you removed the radiator shield. Was the hood aligning correctly before that? When you removed the shield, did you remove the 2 torq driven screws? If you did, those adjust the hieght of the nose.

I had the same issue, and its something not lining up under the plate. I couldn't find the hangup, but I could tell the bolts were bottoming out and forcing the facia up. so I cut about a 1/4 of the bolts off, then reinstalled and everything lined up perfect. Took all of five min with my hacksaw and vise. Just remember if you go that route to put a nut on the bolt before you cut it to chase the threads.

Also, adjusting the bump stops didn't fix it, actually kind of made it worse.....

your grill is probably popped out where it snaps into the bumper, this allows the top part of the bumper to come up, had this happen to mine

You need to loosen up those two torx head screws. You tightened them down too far. Accidentally did that myself last week. Its just fine now.

Under the torq screws are metal tabs used as stops. When you loosen or tighten the screws you raise or lower the top of the front facia, or nose. I found this out last week when I installed an SS emblem.

Well I had to take the radiator shield off to add on my under glow and grille lighting. Taking it to the dealer sometime this week.

Yeah, I just stayed up trying to fix it and couldn't figure out how to, so I just brought it to the dealer.

No worries, glad you got it fixed, I know frustrating it can be.
