is there a difference in between the lower grill from a 2010 1lt to a 2013 2lt rs? i know the design is different, but my question is the fitment the same?

I don't think so. Shouldn't be any difference between a 1LT/2LT anytime from 2010 to 2013, but I could be wrong.
