Though, the shifter is for an EIGHT speed.. sadly... Maybe the 10R isn't needed or they can't fit it yet.

(**note these could very well just be well done photochops though -- so, we'll see)
Hmm. Was under the impression the LT5 was supposed to be a twin cam? Interesting though.

It's grainy, so that could also be an LT6.. Just looked like a 5 to me. Who knows, it could be a 9 from the last ZR1 or a 5 like the C4 ZR1 - just minus twincam.. There's been a ton of speculation about all of it.. Even about what's in the mid-engine.

I really like how the 2015-2017 Mustang looks. The rear in particular is awesome. The front is damn great too. The 18's god awful front destroys it. The rear is still good though.

I think the the 2016 Camaro has an amazing front and great from most angles. But the default rear is weaker than the Mustang. More than anything it is the ridiculous wing spoiler and the odd lines under the taillights that make it too busy. After putting on the Anderson Composites spoiler I like the rear way more.

But that Mustang rear is beautiful, the lights, the black panel, the hips, it all works together really well. The wing killed the SS rear, too many lines. I'm glad they are remove the lines under the taillights on the refresh, I'll probably by that bumper as an upgrade on my 2016.

I'd say it definitely says LT5. 11/12 supposedly there's a Vette announcement.

yeah, there was a follow up.

These are supposedly the specs:

- Starting price expected to be around $120k
- 7 speed manual and 8 speed automatic
- 1/2" wider than Z06 front wheels
- Mag Ride standard
- Carbon Ceramic Brakes
- 750hp/680 lb-ft LT5 (6.2L, pushrod V8, Eaton supercharger)
- Supercharger produces 52% more air per RPM than the Z06 blower, also 2.9" taller.
- Because of the hood height, car can not be sold in Europe
- Tadge claims the ZR1 can shoot flames out from its exhaust
- NEW fuel delivery system- BOTH PORT INJECTION AND DIRECT INJECTION
- sub 3 second 0-60, sub 11 second 1/4 mile, 210+ mph top speed
- 4 additional heat exchangers (comparing to Z06) in the nose
- Curb weight 3664 lbs, 140 lbs over Z06
- Several aero packages available, RPO "ZTK" as shown in magazine. Wing has 10 degrees of adjustability, contributing to 500 lbs of downforce at speed.
- Wing is attached behind the hatch and spreads the load to the bumper beam.
- Removable top
- 2.5 seconds faster around VIR than Z06

I think that is obvious. Enjoy your Chevrolet SS sedan.

Which did not exist before 2013 and won't exist after this year.

Your basically saying anyone that that wants a Camaro needs it to be their second vehicle so they don't have to worry about having to use it for stuff they might want to do.

Yes when you buy a car like this you are knowingly making some sacrifices in useability, it shouldn't be that its totally useless

Have had a 2010 Camaro SS lowered and modded in Chicago as an only car..
Have had a 2012 Grand Sport Corvette in Chicago as an only car
Have both a 2016 Camaro SS and a Camaro ZL1 as our only cars each. And, pursuant to your comment, they'd each not be qualified in pairs as only cars as neither isn't a Camaro.

All have been on road courses, car shows, road trips, in the rain, sleet, snow, dirt roads, to the grocery store for errands, for track days all my jacks, stands, tools, etc.. the dog has been in some.. They're perfectly capable cars. I even had both the 2010 Camaro and the 2012 Corvette on dirt roads to my cousin's deer camp... You can do it, just have to pay attention.

You can make do just fine as an only car... It's a Camaro for f*ck's sake, not a Koenigsegg Agera RS.

And the Camaro front end looks like a Malibu.

It's almost as if brands want to keep their styling consistent among the entire vehicle lineup.
