Cost of polished wheels?

Does anybody know how much it would be to polish the Midnight Silver wheels afterwards?

Probably cheaper to just go with the polished wheel option with a factory warranty.

I once bought some used wheels off an 1988 iroc. They had a dull finish on them. Most wheels now adays are clear coated, witch these were. Sometimes people go to the car wash and use the degreaser and messes them up. Anyway, i bought some zip strip from the paint store and stripped the clear coat and paint off of them. Then i polished with mothers polish. They looked like new accept for the minor curb scatch. I was thinking about doing the same thing with the 2010 wheels so i did not have to pay that extra money either.

$800.00 bucks if there is nothing hidden underneath the paint. The finish will reflect the difference in cost.

As stated above, it all depends on what is under the paint. If they are polished before paint, you might be OK. If they have a rough finish, a DIY job would be a nightmare for the average person.

If you have ever tried to polish a rough casting with contours, you will quickly see why it costs so much and be happy to pay a pro.
