Best cleaning tool for what? Body? Plastic trim? Wheels? Engine? Hopefully you're not suggesting using a super soft brush to wash the paint on your car....This thread would also be better posted in the Cosmetic Maintenance/Detailing section...I'm sure a mod will move it for you soon

Microfiber madness incredimitt for washing the paint.

There is the boar's hair brush that is used for detailing engine bays, wheel lugs, etc. No brush should ever touch the paint.

Depends what you are doing... Chemical Guys has a few good ones, Zaino has some good ones, GG does, Adams does, etc... Any Boars hair brush is fine

Not a brush for paint, that's for sure.

Any merino wool or quality microfiber mitt will work just fine.

I would use a a Brillo pad, just kidding there is a cosmetic section on just this topic and it has tonns of info on this subject, in fact their is so much info it can get confusing. The cosmetic section made me change and wash my car. Biggest change for me is I no longer dry my car with towel, I use a leaf blower.
