2010/2011 Heater hose upgrade kit.

I have wanted to do this mod for a while now.
Many vendors have this item which is basically the exact same OEM part as the 2012. Prices range from $150-289. Too rich for my blood...

Then I found them at Jannetty Racing (jreperformanceparts.com) for $79.
I also happened to have a small unused credit with JRE so got a nice discount. Whoo Hooo.

Called them up, spoke to Ted, parts are on the way.

THANKS TED!

Oh Gods Of Mods, I shall worship again upon your altar , just as soon as the parts come in

I found mine through GMPartsDirect.com for about $55. I just ordered the 2012 hose kit.

You could have also gotten the hoses (gates hoses) on Amazon for about 38$.

Just buying the hoses works. I bought a tech afx kit little88 had for sale a while back and loved the way it looked. The guys installing the headers weren't a fan however. Hahaha!.

Finished the install.
Had been told that the install was super easy and would take approx a half hour.
If you can get the hose clamps off, this is probably true. I had to fiddle with the rear hose clamps for a while, just couldn't get my hand or pliers into there.
Overall, this is an awesome mod, and looks sharp.

To get rid of that ugly heater hose that runs on top of the engine.
