I actually made it to the ardmore show today... my dad had his nova sitting about 5 cars down from you guys. I was in a bad mood otherwise I would have came and said hey being slighty hungover didn't help my attitude Can't wait to come home permanently and start joining in on the fun!

I want to thank you guys for the hospitality in Ardmore yesterday. Hanging out with you guys in the shade for a few minutes definitely helped me make it through the day without too much heat exhaustion.

This is our lunch week. Would like to see a good turn out this time for lunch. The last couple have been a little on the slim side. Any suggestions on where would be most convient for everyone to be there? We need to start working on some dates for some of the cruises we have planned. The sooner we nail down some dates the sooner we can get them posted and start getting more people involved. Would like for us to start brain storming on some ideas for a RCC cruise in night.

I noticed at the Ardmore show we were the only club flying our colors. I know the mustang and corvette club attended the show but they had nothing up identifying them, makes me wonder. I was tracked down by the Vets with Vetts at the show and was asked if we would help support the Madison show on Oct 2. All that is being requested from us is that we show up as a group. I suggest we ALL try to make plans to be there. This will show the Vets with Vetts that we are appreciative of their support and help in establishing our group.

I want to send out a congrats to Jason agian. Coming out of the Ardmore show with a top 5 in class with over 1000 cars in attendance is impressive. With the quality of cars that showed up we should all be extreamly proud of this for him. Seems like almost every event we attend with the exception of the Athens and the Dodge show, which was just that a Dodge show, one of our members walks away with an award. Curious which other club in town has this kind of record? Guess we need to start calling this the Jesse, Doug and now Jason club. While at the show I had several people come to me and seen my shirt and told me that as a club we have some of the nicest cars.

On our website I want to start listing all the awards associated with the members. Lets come up with how to best list these and where on the site.

Just got done looking at the schedule of events going on this weekend. The only two events I seen is the Hope Church Car show in Madison from 10-3, went last year nice family event and its free, no awards but door prizes for participants. The other show thats some what local is the Priceville Annual Cruise in from 5-9. Good place for us to show off our light mods.

You are more then welcome to join us anytime and for any event. We would enjoy the company. We usually do something on the weekends and have a couple of cruises coming up that we are working on finalizing the dates.
