E85 HELP

Alright guys need some help, Converting over to E85.
Now, Are Ls9/LsA/zL1 injectors sufficient or is there a better alternative for the cost? Already ordered a zl1 fuel assembly as well as the fpcm. might be going with the dsx flex fuel sensor as well. anything else im missing? car will be getting tuned for both 93/e85. thanks in advance for any input.

Depends on your power level. Basic math is whatever you need for you hp goals double that for e85.

Your going to use a ZL1 fuel pump with an ADM FPCM and some injectors from a ZL1, to run E85?

What kind of power do you plan on making?

If you are NA the zl1 injectors will work. Have a few cammed ls3 friends running e85 with them no problems. Who is tuning the car?

Tuning is nothing really. You turn on flex fuel, and copy in some tables from a flex fuel car. The rest is the same tune as your E0, so if a tuner can do one, he can do flex fuel.

My tuner recommended fics or id injectors because he doesn't like running LSA/9 injectors on LS3 manifolds. The spray angle is wrong.

You need the flex (ZL1) pump, not the injectors. E38 FPCM stays unchanged for NA, handled by ECU. Use the GM fuel composition sensor, no need to complicate a toothpick.
I'd use a flex tune OS to start rather than flagging bits and copying bobs higgledy piggledy. Ethanol flex can be really fuel efficient, use GM tables and modifiers base tune for 2013 L99 or 2014 VF Commodore.

Ah, not it isn't. Different calibrations required for flex fuel vehicle, massively different. Instead of creating a Frankentune you are much better using a flex base tune.
