Transmission "catching" in Neutral

Not sure if im in the right thread or whats going on, but i could really need some help please....

Got a 2010 V6 Automatic and just recently, when I come to a stop or a rolling stop, and give it gas to go....it sometimes "catches" or feels like it goes in Neutral for just a bit, like 1 or 2 seconds at the most..but its noticeable and i dont like the feeling.

As a note, i just had some 40 series Flomasters installed about 3 weeks ago and I dont know if maybe that would have anything to do with this...Does anybody have any idea what would be causing this and if its normal and how to fix it???? Any feedback would help out a bunch!

Its hard to say without driving it and experiencing the phenomena if its a actual problem. 1. Take it to the dealer if your that concerned. 2. keep and eye on it, if it gets worse, take it to the dealer....remember the drivetrain warranty is good for 100k miles.

Dont know if this will help you or not..But i was having a similar problem..When shifting from park to drive i would have a 1-2 second delay where if i gave it gas the rpms would either jump, or the car would sputter than pick right up..I could duplicate the problem..and it appeared after using the Tap shift one fateful day lol...I decided to try something alittle different and pulled the fuse for the ECM and TCM and after doing this i have not been able to duplicate the problem, seems to have fixed it, whether it was just a fluke or if it will rear its ugly head again who knows, if it does ill be taking it to the dealer..but as of right now its back to normal.
