Very Bad News Today.. my camaro didn't pass quality inspection
So I just got off of a conference call with my dealer and our regional GM Rep. They had some troubling news. Come to find out my car didn't pass quality inspection so GM is taking back the car and I am being forced to place another order. Apparently there were just to many problems with it so...
 . It was on of the ones on quality hold in Michigan #971.But I was reassured that when my order gets put back in, it will be bumped to the front of the line and I should have it in a month or so. The dealer is letting me get a couple of add ons, on them, so all will be well, hopefully. But what a frustrating morning. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. |

This is definitely the first time I've heard about this situation. Good news is they actually care that you get a quality vehicle and they're not gonna give you one that's all banged up.

10 years ago, that car would have been in your hands today. That's not a good thing either....

That does not make sense that you should have to replace the order GM should automatically put one in for you.

Dang sorry for the news...it's better that they found out the issues before they handed it over to you. What if there was a major defect and it caused harm to you or others? Good thing they will make it right

Personally there is not an upgrade they have that could make up for it unless they want to sell me a new CTS-V for the same money.
