Road trip
My firs road trip in the camaro is today going to be driving to Denver Colorado
I'm so exited I've had this car 2 months and I love it. Although I do feel the need for an ss already 😱 |

the car is very comfortable to me on long road trips. Never get tired. My last long road trip I drove 12 hours from IN to NC about 3 weeks ago, car never skipped a beat moving along.

I love the Denver area. I have yet to get my convertible up there, but have been there many times. Find as many excuses as you can to drive up into the mountains...

Enjoy! Took my car MN to Grand Junction, CO and all over CO last summer, only had him 6 weeks at the time. 3500 miles RT. Had a blast going through the mountains. Only quirk was I have an automatic, and the tap shift on the steering wheel was a little hard to get used to when you needed to downshift. Reflex kept hubby grabbing for the shifter for the first few hundered miles. But the car handles nicely and the seats are comfy.

I've only taken mine on one extended trip from San Antonio, TX to St. Louis, MO. All I can say is that it was one of the most comfortable rides I'd made in a while (BTW as much as I hate to say, I am 60 yo and comfort is important). Drove 90% US, TX and AR highways... no interstate if I could help it. Having an SS helped passing for sure. My only complaint would be the small chips in the paint from, I assume, some loose gravel. Still... gonna do it again. Have a good trip.

Drove from SW Georgia to upstate NY a couple of weeks ago - 2,600 miles round trip. Only complaint I had was self-induced... my right knee got very stiff and a bit painful now and then, but that is due to injury-related surgeries I underwent some years ago. The full-range adjustable power bucket seat allowed me to stretch out enough to work out the stiffness when it occurred. Otherwise, It was an easy and extremely comfortable trip.
