Torque Converter

Hi All,

Let me begin by saying that I hope i'm in the right place forgive me if im not.

As for my issue I've only had my camaro 4 months bought it brand new 2012 2LS Black, well about 3-4 weeks ago I noticed that everytime I went above 45mph the front would start to studder. Well I brought it back to the dealer last week and finally they figure out what the problem is, Its the Torque converter.. My Question is, is this a Major Problem I mean I only had the car maybe 4 months is this a sign of bad things to come?????Anyone with any advice I would love to here from you to ease my mind.
Thanks

Not a big deal. If the dealership has determined it's the torque converter, the replacment is a fairly straight forward task. Leave it to them and they'll fix it. I can't understand what in the converter is causing your "front to studder", though...that's odd.

I did some research on torque converter and signs to look for and it says that you can tell when your torque is going bad by 1.less power 2. it feels like your driving over rocks thats what I meant instead of studder.
