RK Sport rear diffuser installation
Has anyone installed this bad boy yet? if so, do I need to remove the OEM diffuser before installation? as it doesn't appear to "fit" right by trying to place it "over" the OEM diffuser.

Yes, you have to remove the rear bumper and the stock diffuser before installing the new one

You can get the OEM diffuser off without removing the bumper...
