What do you say to the cop when?...

I was at a convenience store today and two state troopers pull up in seperate cars. They jump out of the cruisers at the same time and ask "is that the SS?" "Damn nice car!" Of course, I was real nice and said yep, and thanks! Then one of them asks me "how fast have you had it up to?" Ahhh the moment of indecision. ... in a bit of a tongue and cheek response is say, uhhh 65. lol. Cop chuckles a bit and says "hey I don't care... what I don't see isn't my problem and if I had one I would sure be testing it out!" I told him he could drive it if I got just one get-out-of-jail-free card. He said if I had one you'd have a deal. Pretty dude. Nice to see some troopers with a sense of humor!! It was a hoot because everyone coming into the store was staring at me. I think they thought I was gonna get hooked-up at any moment. lol. Just hope if I ever get pulled he's the one behind the radar gun.

That's funny, I have had two cops already ask me if it's fast. I've said it's "quick" and they both have laughed.

"Here's the keys!

Have Poindexter over there, follow ya with his cruiser lights on, and tell me how ya did!"


Besides, your car could have ended up famous on the six-o-clock high speed chase footage!

i woulda told him the truth lol...but yea there are some cool cops out there...4th of july we were partying at a friends house and he got too wrecked and kicked every1 out so we moved the party to our other friends house and my friend and i walked to his house with a keg on his shoulders and a block b4 his house d-tecs rolled up and asked where we were going and coming from with it...we just told him the truth and he asked how old we were and that was it...told us to have a good 4th and were on their way...i even make a joke with them and was like, "talk about an open container, eh?" lol they found that funny and were real cool about the whole thing
