looks great. Did you put a coat of clear on them as well?
I'm debating between flat black and satin black.

I used a plastic adhesion promoter and flat black rustoleum. Had good luck with that combo on plastic's in the past. I did clean and sand them first with 1000 grit wet-sand.
I'd say it's a pretty close match, although satin might be even closer. |

The "sanding" is the most important part of prepping it to look good. You did a great job. I want to do the same as I also own a black car!

BE careful Also if u get the top ones unhooked u can remove them by hand. I did and i'm not good at diys.

God I tried to remove mine and I cracked one of the hooks. I was so upset that I decided I will never try again

I got you beat I broke two of them! My hands are way too large to even get into the bottom section. I want to replace mine but refuse to break any more tabs off.
