My new 1 LE
I've been following this forum for several months and I'm happy to officially join the group of new 1 LE owner's.
Working on my list of upgrades and will have some questions in the future, but for now, she's bone stock. Mike |

Looks just like mine... Get some protectant on that hood and stay away from trees. Enjoy her.

I'm currently using some Meguiars stuff while I wait for my order from Adams. I have some leftover NXT tech protectant and other NXT stuff. I plan on following this method from Adams... http://www.adamsforums.com/forums/ge...ions/12124.htm ... I'm doing a modified version of this for now. Basically I wash it or use a "Quick Detailer" type product then I put on the NXT Tech Protectant (in lieu of the VRT) let it soak in for 5 min or so then wipe off excess and it leaves it nice and satin. Apply to a micro fiber cloth and spread it on manually. I was on the fence initially about the wrap on the hood and contemplated taking it off (the regular paint is under it) before I picked it up, but I can't tell you how many compliments it gets and I like it now. It comes off as less flashy and more subdued/dignified on a Black 1LE. |
